Puff pastry pizza
(For those of you who are interested):
Roll the puff pastry out on a baking tray, spread some tomato paste on it and top with whatever you like (i chose corn and feta - i would have loved to put some rucola on it as well but the store i went to didn’t have any).
Now comes the »tricky« part: I am still not sure what the right temperature is and how long you should let it bake - I always run back and forth to see if it’s already burnt or not. I put the oven temperature on 200°C (because I was hungry and wanted it to be done as quickly as possible, it would probably be best if you put it on 150° or something like that) and I think it took about 10-15 minutes to be done.
