blanc-cafe asked: I love your food pictures do you also have recepies? :)

thank you :) I just posted the first recipe … i’m going to post more in the future :)

Ok, for the person who asked for the herb galette recipe!
2 servings: greedy as i am, i ate all of it at once :)
100 ml milk100ml water100g flour (you can use whatever flour you like; today i’m gonna try to make it with rye flour)           1 egg15-20g carrots (you could also grate zucchini if you’re not that fond of carrots)whatever herbs you want, nutmeg, garlic, salt, pepper and oil
Grate the carrots and cook them in some water; and strain afterwards.  Cut the herbs and garlic and mix all the ingredients; cook them (like pancakes or crêpes).
Enjoy :)

Anonymous asked: okey okey! off to austria i go! see you soon! (; haha

yay :) off to the kitchen i go (to cook you something delicious) :)

Anonymous asked: okay thats it! i am moving to australia to live with you and you can cook for me. because i just want to eat all your food right now omg. anyway im just warning you ahead of time so youre not surprised when you see me at your door. okay goodbye. see you soon! (;

hahah that’s really very sweet, i love to cook for other people :) but you’d have to come to austria :) not australia :)

behappyeathealthy asked: to that person asking about peanut puree, in canada, uk or america it's just peanut butter!

Well, i think in peanut butter is other stuff as well, not just peanuts but i really don’t know too much about this stuff :)

evan-escent asked: omygosh how do you make peanut puree? or do you buy it?

I bought it :) it’s just mashed peanuts … i don’t know if there is an english word for it (i am from austria and here it’s called “erdnussmus”). i googled it and there it said “peanut purèe” or “peanut mush”. in europe it’s not allowed to label something as “butter” if it isn’t a milk product … so it’s probably “natural peanut butter” in america, … i hope that helped :)
